Ward is the brainchild of the Casey Brothers. Joe and Tom Casey set out to make the trading card game that everyone has always asked for, but no big company would make. A game where your creatures actually feel like they are fighting back and forth. A game with a huge back story so you care about your cards, and how they fit into a much larger story. A game that does away with all the extra non-sense that has piled up over the years in complexity. A game that is easy to access and start playing from the very first pack you get. In Ward, players summon sci-fi/ fantasy creature to the battlefield in a 1v1 creature battle system. Ward uses a simplified, and very addictive, version of a table-top RPG style battle system, but only using only 6-sided dice. Roll to hit, roll for damage, roll to victory!!!

 

Players will also use magic/power up cards to buff up their creatures to turn the tides of the match. Magic cards can do anything from adding additional damage to your dice rolls, reduce your opponent’s damage, completely clear all cards from the field, and so much more.

 

Ward is the most strait forward and fun TCG you will ever play. All you need to begin is a starter pack for your deck, some 6-sided dice, and a friend to pummel.
